Common questions
Can you take on a site or app you didn't build?
Yes — that's most of our care plan clients. The onboarding audit makes sure we both know what we're starting with.
What counts as included edits / development hours?
Small, contained work: content changes, styling tweaks, configuration, minor bug fixes, small enhancements. Larger features are quoted separately, with plan clients getting priority scheduling and discounted rates.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Any month, with 30 days' notice. Sites often start on the middle tier and move up as they grow.
What's the contract term?
Rolling monthly after an initial three months. 30 days' notice, no exit fees, full handover.
