Ask your business a question. Get an answer, not a spreadsheet.
"How did Aberdeen do last quarter versus the year before?" should not require a data analyst and a three-day wait. We build reporting tools where managers ask in plain English and get answers with the numbers behind them — drawn live from your actual systems.
Reporting that answers back
Natural-language queries
Questions in plain English translated into real queries over your database — with the generated figures shown alongside, so answers are checkable, not oracular.
Narrative reports
The Monday morning summary written automatically: what moved, what didn't, what needs attention — drafted from the data and delivered to inboxes or Slack.
Anomaly alerts
Sales dipping oddly, costs creeping, a customer gone quiet — flagged when it happens instead of noticed at month-end.
Unified dashboards
Data from your CRM, accounts, operations and website in one live view — classic dashboard engineering, with AI layered where it earns its place.
Forecasting aids
Trend and seasonality projections presented with honest uncertainty — decision support, clearly labelled as such, never presented as prophecy.
Board & investor packs
The monthly pack assembled automatically from live numbers — consistent, on time, and nobody's weekend lost to it.
Sometimes you just need a good dashboard
Plenty of "AI reporting" needs are solved by well-built conventional dashboards over clean data — cheaper, deterministic, and never hallucinating a number. Our first job is data plumbing and honest assessment: if the AI layer doesn't earn its complexity, we'll build you the excellent boring version instead. When the AI layer does earn it — natural-language access for non-technical managers is the usual winner — every generated answer shows its working.
Common questions
Our data lives in five different systems. Is that a problem?
It's the normal starting point — consolidating it is the first phase of the work, and valuable on its own. See our integration work.
Can the AI see sensitive financials?
Only what you decide. Access controls apply to the AI layer exactly as to users, and we'll architect for UK/EU processing or self-hosting where your data demands it.
What does it cost?
A pilot on one reporting workflow typically runs £5,000–£15,000 fixed-price. Dashboard-only builds often come in below that — and we'll tell you if that's all you need.
What question takes you longest to answer today?
That question is the pilot. Tell us what it is and where the data hides, and a developer will scope it honestly.
