Give your sales and support teams a tireless assistant

Not a replacement — an assistant. AI that drafts replies for humans to approve, triages the inbox before your team opens it, keeps the CRM honest, and handles the truly repetitive questions so people can do the parts that need people.

where it helps

What we build

Lead triage & enrichment

Incoming enquiries scored, summarised and routed — with company research attached — so the right person sees the right lead first, minutes after it arrives.

Drafted replies, human send

Responses drafted from your knowledge base, past answers and tone of voice. Your team reviews, edits and sends — faster replies, same accountability.

First-line support automation

Order status, password resets, "where's my booking?" — resolved instantly, with confident handoff to a human the moment a case stops being routine.

CRM hygiene

Calls and emails summarised into the CRM automatically, next steps captured, records deduplicated — the admin nobody does, done.

Quote & proposal assistance

First-draft proposals assembled from your templates, pricing rules and the enquiry itself — hours of assembly turned into minutes of review.

Conversation insights

What are customers actually asking for? Themes, complaints and product signals surfaced from support traffic — feeding your roadmap with evidence.

// the principle

Humans stay in charge of anything that matters

Our design rule is simple: AI acts alone only where mistakes are cheap and reversible. Anything customer-visible and consequential — a commitment, a refund, a contract term — goes through a human. Assistants built this way get adopted, because teams learn to trust them; assistants built the other way get switched off after the first embarrassing incident. We've seen both, and only build the first kind.

Common questions

Will it work with our existing helpdesk and CRM?

That's the point — we build into Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, HubSpot, Salesforce and similar rather than asking your team to adopt a new tool. Integration is the craft; see our API work.

How do you measure whether it's working?

Baselines first: response times, resolution rates, hours spent on routine tickets. The pilot reports against those same numbers — if the assistant isn't earning its keep, the evidence says so and you stop.

What does it cost?

Fixed-price pilots typically run £5,000–£15,000 on one workflow with measured results; production rollout and running costs are quoted from what the pilot proves.

Where does your team's time actually go?

Tell us the most repetitive hour of their day. A developer will tell you honestly whether AI can take it — and what that would involve.
