services / mobile / store submission

The last mile to launch is paved with paperwork

The app is built — now come certificates, provisioning profiles, privacy declarations, screenshot sets in six sizes, review guidelines, and Apple's famous rejection emails. We handle store submission end to end, for apps we built and apps we didn't.

what we handle

Submission, end to end

Accounts & identities

Apple Developer and Google Play accounts set up in your name — ownership matters later — with certificates, signing keys and profiles managed and documented.

Listings that convert

Names, descriptions, keywords, screenshots and preview video assembled properly — the listing is your app's landing page, and most are written as an afterthought.

Privacy declarations

Apple's privacy nutrition labels and Google's data-safety forms completed accurately from what the app actually does — wrong answers here are a common rejection and a compliance risk.

Guideline compliance review

The app checked against both stores' review guidelines before submission — catching the sign-in rules, payment rules and metadata traps that cause avoidable rejections.

The Apple back-and-forth

When review pushes back — and it does — we handle the responses, resolution and resubmission. We've had this argument before; you don't need to learn it.

Launch & beyond

Phased rollouts, TestFlight and internal testing tracks, crash monitoring on from day one — and ongoing compliance watch under an app care plan, because store rules keep moving after launch.

Common questions

Someone else built our app. Will you still submit it?

Yes — we review it against the guidelines first so we're not submitting a known rejection, then handle the process. If review surfaces code-level issues, that becomes an honest conversation (and possibly an app rescue).

How long does store review take?

Typically a day or two per submission on both stores — but rejections restart the clock, which is why the pre-submission compliance check earns its keep. Plan launch dates with buffer; we'll tell you how much.

What does submission support cost?

Fixed-price from £750 for a straightforward launch on both stores, including listings and declarations — and it's included in every app build we deliver. Complicated cases (rejections in progress, missing accounts) are quoted after a look.

Ready to ship — or stuck in review?

Either way, tell us where the app stands. A developer will map the path to "available on the App Store" — usually the same day.
