AI where your team already works — not another tab

The AI tools that change how a team works aren't the ones in a separate browser tab; they're the ones inside the CRM, the portal, the product — where the context lives and the work happens. We embed assistants into the software you already run, yours or ours.

what embedded means

Assistants in context

Inside your internal tools

An assistant in your job-management system that knows the job on screen — drafting the client update, flagging the overdue action, summarising the history.

Inside your product

Your SaaS or portal gains "ask", "summarise" and "draft" features your customers use in place — a genuine feature release, not an AI badge on the pricing page.

Inside Slack & Teams

Answers from your documents and systems delivered in the chat where the question was asked.

Alongside your CRM

Records summarised, next actions suggested, meeting notes filed — the sales assistant pattern, living inside the CRM screen.

Drafting in your voice

Assistants tuned on your templates and tone producing first drafts of quotes, reports and letters — in the system where they'll be sent, with a human on the send button.

Taking bounded actions

Beyond answering: creating the task, scheduling the follow-up, updating the record — within explicit limits, logged, and reversible.

// why embedded wins

Context is the whole game

A generic chatbot knows nothing about the customer on your screen; an embedded assistant starts from that record, your history with them, and your business rules. That context gap is why bolt-on AI disappoints and embedded AI quietly becomes indispensable. The engineering is mostly integration work — which is why an integration-first team is the right builder for it, and why we scope the data plumbing before promising any magic.

Common questions

Can you embed into third-party software we don't control?

Usually — via official APIs, extension points or browser-level integration, assessed early in discovery. Where a vendor genuinely offers no way in, we'll say so rather than build something fragile.

What about our data?

Same discipline as all our AI work: UK/EU processing or self-hosting to suit your requirements, no-training agreements, access controls mirroring your existing permissions, and documentation your DPO can actually use.

What does it cost?

A pilot embedding one capability into one system typically runs £5,000–£15,000 fixed-price, with success criteria agreed up front. Rollout is quoted from what the pilot proves.

Which screen does your team live in?

That's where the assistant belongs. Tell us the system and the task, and a developer will scope it honestly.
